Antwerp has been close to our hearts from the start. Both founders grew up there, and we've watched the city evolve over two decades — from a diamond-trade hub to one of Europe's most vibrant creative capitals. Launching Rezidentz on Nationalestraat felt less like a business expansion and more like a homecoming.
Sold out before we opened the doors

Demand for flexible, all-inclusive furnished housing in Antwerp proved even stronger than we anticipated. Every unit was reserved before we handed over the first set of digital keys. That pre-opening sellout told us something important: people in Antwerp are ready for a new kind of rental experience — one that's transparent, service-driven, and genuinely move-in ready.
Location: Nationalestraat, the heartbeat of the city
Nationalestraat is the spine of Antwerp's best neighbourhoods — where classic Belgian architecture meets boutique fashion, independent restaurants, and curated art spaces. It's exactly the kind of street where a Rezidentz belongs: walkable, alive, and full of character.

Design by Zazie Maquet
As with our Brussels properties, we worked with architect Zazie Maquet to craft interiors that balance warmth and sophistication. The signature: natural light maximised through smart layouts, a bold yellow ceiling that anchors the space, neutral furnishings with geometric accents, and custom-made furniture built for real daily use.
Design principle
Warm minimalism with a playful edge. Every object earns its place. Nothing is decorative without also being useful.
