In April 2022, we opened our first building in Sainte-Catherine, Brussels. Ten studios. Fully furnished, all-inclusive, minimum three months. The idea felt obvious to us — but we weren't sure how many other people would see it that way.
Apparently quite a few. Three years later, we've crossed 100 furnished studios across Brussels.
What the number means
A hundred studios is not just a count. It's a hundred move-ins that went smoothly. A hundred people who didn't have to spend their first weekend assembling furniture. A hundred leases signed digitally, keys received on a phone, and deposit returned without a dispute.
It's also over 60 five-star Google reviews — most of them mentioning the same things: responsive team, honest pricing, apartments that actually looked like the photos.
The philosophy behind it
From the beginning, the goal wasn't to offer the cheapest rooms in Brussels. It was to offer the experience we'd want as renters: a beautifully designed space, no hidden costs, a team that picks up the phone, and the freedom to leave when your plans change.
Our original brief
"Not just practical — warm, personal, and perfectly suited to modern lifestyles." We wrote that in 2021. We'd write the same thing today.
What flexibility actually means
A lot of furnished apartment operators call themselves flexible while still charging large penalties for early termination. Our version of flexibility is different: tailored move-in dates, easy lease extensions, the ability to transfer between our properties if your situation changes. We build the system to work for the tenant, not against them.
What comes next
We celebrated the milestone with a party at Rezidentz Ecosse in Saint-Gilles. Then we got back to work. Antwerp opened shortly after — fully booked before the doors opened. And there are more projects in development.
Thank you to every tenant, partner, and contractor who helped us get here. And to whoever is reading this thinking about moving to Brussels: welcome. We'd love to have you.
