Beyond a simple lease, we provide an all-in solution: furniture, weekly cleaning, internet & TV, insurance, water, gas, electricity, and more. One price, zero hassle.
Mostly working professionals, entrepreneurs, expats, and students aged 20–40 from around the world. Whether you need 1 month in Antwerp or 3+ months in Brussels, if you want a ready-to-live home from day one, Rezidentz is for you.
Absolutely. We guide you from application to contract signing, assist with your move-in inventory, provide maintenance and technical support, and help with administrative formalities, including address registration as required by Belgian law.
Every apartment includes a queen-size bed (160×200), desk and chair, wardrobe, curtains, lighting, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchenware, bathroom, and laundry access. Note: we do not provide bedding or towels to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
