Your apartment
• Access your apartment anytime after 6pm on your move-in date
• 48h before arrival you receive 2 emails: your SALTO digital key + move-in inventory to sign
• On arrival: digital key/badge is on the apartment table. Complete the inventory via the email link — mandatory to avoid penalties
• SALTO app: download via the email link → login with your booking email → tap Open
near the lock
• Bring your own towels & bedding (duvet, pillows, sheets — bed size usually 160×200, check your contract)
• You'll be invited to join the building's WhatsApp group to connect with neighbours

Professional cleaning once a week, included in your rent. Select your building to find your day:
• Clear surfaces and personal items before the cleaner arrives
• Schedule may change due to staffing — you'll be informed
• Your responsibility: clean coffee filters, descale kettle, maintain washing machine & fridge filter
• Reschedule? Email us 48h in advance
Rent must be paid before the new rental month begins to avoid late fees.

Guests are welcome — but notify us for stays exceeding 5 days per month:
Couple moving in together? → +€125/month, both names must be on the lease.
Notify a guest →• Notify us at least 2 months before your lease end date
• Fill in the form, specify your new desired end date
• You'll receive a contract amendment by email to sign via DocuSign
• Extensions follow the terms of your current lease
Extend my lease →• Leave the digital key/badge on the apartment table
• Remove all belongings, empty & clean the fridge, unplug all appliances
• Remove all garbage before leaving
• Update your address with subscriptions and contacts
🚭 No smoking — inside or anywhere in the building
🐾 No pets allowed
🔇 Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am
👤 Guests 5+ days/month: €10/day — notify in advance
💑 Couples: +€125/mo, both names on the lease
🚫 Subleasing is strictly forbidden
