Your apartment
• Access your apartment anytime after 6pm on your move-in date
• 48h before arrival you receive 2 emails: your SALTO digital key + move-in inventory to sign
• On arrival: digital key/badge is on the apartment table. Complete the inventory via the email link — mandatory to avoid penalties
• SALTO app: download via the email link → login with your booking email → tap Open
near the lock
• Bring your own towels & bedding (duvet, pillows, sheets — bed size usually 160×200, check your contract)
• You'll be invited to join the building's WhatsApp group to connect with neighbours

Professional cleaning once a week, included in your rent. Select your building to find your day:
• Clear surfaces and personal items before the cleaner arrives
• Schedule may change due to staffing — you'll be informed
• Your responsibility: clean coffee filters, descale kettle, maintain washing machine & fridge filter
• Reschedule? Email us 48h in advance
Rent must be paid before the new rental month begins to avoid late fees.

Brussels: regulation bags
White bag
Residual waste: whatever no other bag takes
Blue bag
PMC: every packaging under 8 L. Bottles, pots, tubs, trays, films and bags, tins and cans, drink cartons
Yellow bag
Paper and cardboard, clean, dry and flattened
Orange bag
Food waste only. Leftovers including meat and fish, peelings, coffee grounds, paper tea bags
Green bag
Garden waste, if you have a terrace. Branches up to 8 cm thick
Glass
Never in a bag. Street bottle banks, clear and coloured apart
The four mistakes everyone makes
• Drink cartons and Tetrapaks go in the blue bag, never with the paper
• Yoghurt pots, trays, plastic films and chip packets are blue bag too, as long as each item holds under 8 L
• Egg, nut and shellfish shells are not food waste. White bag
• Paper towels and tissues: orange bag if they soaked up food, white bag otherwise. Never yellow
• Only official Bruxelles-Propreté bags are collected, 15 kg max per bag
• Place bags in front of the building, never against a tree or a public litter bin
• Put out the evening before after 6pm, or before collection time
• If your building has a bin room, tie your bags and drop them in the matching container, loose for PMC in the blue one
Find your collection days
White bags are collected twice a week, blue, yellow and orange once a week. Which days depends on your street, so look yours up once and set a reminder.

Enter your address, get your collection days and a reminder the evening before. Works in Brussels and in Antwerp. In Antwerp, search your street by its Dutch name.
Guests are welcome — but notify us for stays exceeding 5 days per month:
Couple moving in together? → +€125/month, both names must be on the lease.
Notify a guest →• Notify us at least 2 months before your lease end date
• Pick your new desired end date in the form below
• Our team reviews every request, then you receive the amendment by email to sign via DocuSign
• Extensions follow the terms of your current lease
• Leave the digital key/badge on the apartment table

• Remove all garbage before leaving
• Update your address with subscriptions and contacts
